Collect the lions
Using COLLECT button in the app and enter the 4 digit code found on the plaque to collect the sculpture.
Unlock Rewards
When you collect the sculptures, you’ll unlock lots of exciting rewards and milestones along the way with discounts and offers provided by our generous sponsors.
Gallery
Upload your photos to the public photo gallery. Images uploaded will be vetted by the team prior to being published. Your photo will be seen by other app players and can be shared on social media. So get creative!
Find the lions
Pinch and swipe the map to zoom in and out. Location settings need to be turned ON to see your location on the map. Or visit the Sculptures tab and search for the lion’s name or artist.
Stats
Track your progress around the trail. See how many sculptures, rewards and milestones you’ve collected. Plus you can see the most voted and most collected sculptures across the entire trail.

Create an account to get started. Collect sculptures, unlock rewards and milestones, vote for your favourite, upload pictures to the community gallery and track your steps and miles. Without an account you’re missing out on key features.
Frequently asked questions
I can’t find the app in the app store, what should I do?
Search for ‘Pride of Portsmouth’ in the App Store or Google Play.
I’m having problems creating an account, how can I fix this?
First, check you’re connected to the internet using Wi‑Fi or a 4G/5G mobile network.
Make sure you’ve selected your age by clicking either ‘Under 16’ or ‘16+’. You must choose your age before you can continue.
I can’t sign in, what should I do?
Check you’re connected to the internet and try again.
If you see a message saying you’ve already registered, select Log in and use the email address and password you signed up with.
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot password option to reset it.
My progress stats are missing, how do I get them back?
Log out of the app using the menu in the top left, then log back in.
If that doesn’t work, completely close the app and reopen it, or restart your device.
I’ve collected the lion sculpture but my stats haven’t updated, what can I do?
Log out using the menu in the top left and then log back in.
If the problem continues, close the app fully and reopen it (or restart your device).
If the issue is still happening, check whether you’re connected to both public Wi‑Fi and mobile data (4G/5G). Choose just one connection, then close and reopen the app to refresh it.
How do I find the lion sculptures in the app?
Use the map to find the lion sculptures, pinch and swipe to zoom in and out.
Make sure location services are turned on in your phone settings so your position shows on the map.
You can also go to the Sculptures tab and search by artwork name, artist or location.
How do I collect a lion sculpture?
Each lion sculpture has a 4‑digit code on its plinth board.
Tap the Collect + button, enter the code, and the sculpture will be added to your collection.
You may also unlock a reward when you collect it.
How do I upload a photo to the gallery?
Go to the artwork page and select Upload.
You can choose to take a photo or upload one from your device.
All photos are checked by the team before being published. Once approved, your photo will be visible to other app users and can be shared on social media, so feel free to get creative!
I’m seeing an “incorrect code” message, why?
This usually means you’ve already collected that particular lion sculpture.
Check your Sculptures list to see if it’s already been added to your collection.
